Establish a\u00a0<\/span>solid relation between consumer and winery<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>isn’t<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>simple<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>Emerge among<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>competitors<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>early and succeed in\u00a0<\/span>making the relationship with every single customer special<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>then, there are the first two steps to take to move from a simple tasting phase to\u00a0<\/span>stabilization of a profitable business relationship<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>in a long term<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

But\u00a0<\/span>is not just<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>commercial relation<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>in the strict sense.<\/p>

The\u00a0<\/span>relationship<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>with the customer it must be thought of and built from its most embryonic phase as
\u00a0<\/span>experience<\/span><\/strong>. It’s not just tasting a glass or buying a bottle of wine in the wine shop. But it means transporting the consumer into the entire world that revolves around their cellar: emotions, transmission\u00a0<\/span><\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>knowledge\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>passions<\/span>.<\/strong> For this reason, it is, to say the least, necessary to have a team that is up to the task and be able to satisfy the consumer’s expectations and requests.<\/p>


Let’s think now about how many times it happens that a tourist arrives in the cellar, in\u00a0<\/span>bike, plane, bike, foot or on horseback <\/span><\/strong>and that he cannot take home the bottles he would like to purchase independently. A simple request purchase with direct shipping abroad<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>becomes an\u00a0<\/span>obstacle<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>apparently\u00a0<\/span>insurmountable<\/span><\/strong>.
\u00a0<\/span>A lot of effort and passion transformed into a refusal to purchase. <\/span><\/strong>. Where the relationship built in the cellar sometimes ends up being lost forever…<\/p>

Selling directly in the cellar and shipping abroad is certainly possible, but \u00a0<\/span>proposing the price of the bottles to the customer in real time including all the taxes and bureaucracies necessary for selling abroad would take<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>really\u00a0<\/span>too much time.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>This inevitably leads to the customer leaving before completing the purchase.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

From this comes the natural desire to establish a solid relationship with the private client even remotely once the visit has concluded.
